Thanks for the “Know - How” that have been provided by the specialize government officer of the Ministry of Agriculture, especially, The Agriculture Cooperative Division and The Institute of the Rubber Research and Development to pass on the knowledge to the groups of the co-operative farmers. This is very useful and successful government policy as much as can be implemented to the farmer’s life happiness.
